Dibbens are required to confirm and record the identity and address of all clients and beneficiaries. To enable us to do this we work with a third-party company called Thirdfort.
Thirdfort is a secure application-based (App) product that allows our clients to remotely verify their identity, taking away the need for you to send original Identification (ID) into our office. The App is available on both smartphones and tablets and should take no longer than 3-4 minutes to complete.
